C.R England is a fraud and criminal company. That was why their trucking business runs down. Now they turn it to England Carrier service to fraud and kill people business.Everything about them is fake

I have been asking for release letter from them, because of their criminal act towards me and my business.when I call them for this letter, they will end call on me.i have sent enough emails to them for this letter. No reply.

They held my money into their fake cash reserve account.

Without verifying your paperwork, they will reject it and when you process the paperwork through your brokers, Brokers will be asking for release letter before they can send you your money. My paperworks are sitting down with brokers now.

They are the bad element in this country.

People do not have anything with England carrier service. They will kill and destroy everything about you and your business.

If England Carrier Services refuses to give me letter of release, the owner, workers and their families wont have happiness till their seven generations They will always experience bitterness in their lives

Factring company

Omg ...this factring company are the worst company and the pple how try to deal with them are bad bad bad ppl..i have never hear or see or deal with ppl and company like them..they steal your money ..factring do nothing ..if you have problem with load pay tou have to do every thing ..they dont call or email..just take your money ..bad bad bad company and pple..

Bad performance

Hi , We just joined the England factoring recently when they gave us information they were really nice people and they said when can leave them in a one month notice and now they said we cannot leave them for a year. Now they are not answering my calls and not replying back to my emails . I am stuck between , so I am doing this after so many tries. They do not care because I already joined them, they are really rude and dont care of their customers. Really bad company and they do not want to work with them.

We picked this load # from Delano CA on 03/20/23 which was to be delivered n Sparks NV on 03/21/23 at 0200 Hours. We did everything on time and as per instructions. At 0442 Hours the receivers i.e. Walmart told us that they wont receive 10 Pallets of Oranges/360 Boxes because the product was decayed(A mistake from the CLIENT of England Logistics for sending BAD ORANGES)

We started calling the contacts given on the rate con (Please note that after hours numbers were not mentioned on the rate con). We tried all the numbers we could, but no one picked up. At 0537 Hours we finally got in contact with the agent Mr. Jerome on his cell phone who was kind enough to guide us to email the El after hours; which we had already sent before Mr. Jerome informed us, yet again we sent them another email. We got a response back from them at 0630 hours, and then they told us to keep waiting on the receivers as long as they don't get it resolved with Walmart. We were detained all that time and finally Miss Valerie {{Redacted}} told us to get unloaded using the Miss Jill is a reference for point of contact. Miss Valerie {{Redacted}} assured us that it's not our fault and that she would get us the detention fees. Once we got unloaded at 1100 hours, Mr. Braken {{Redacted}} asked for the documents, which were sent to him within 2 minutes. After receiving the documents, he mentioned that he has denied our request for detention and will not oblige us at all since we did not dial one number that was mentioned in his email signature by 6am.

We were supposed to be emptied by 0400 Hours, but instead we got empty at 1100 hours that makes 7 Hours of detention and also a whole day wasted in sparks NV. After that denial, we tried contacting Miss Valerie {{Redacted}} and Mr Braken {{Redacted}} multiple times, but we were not responded by them. We have been doing the same load with England Logistics for the Past 3 weeks, and we plan to continue doing it, but the way we were treated this time is totally unreliable and very deceiving.

We request you to look into this matter and get us our righty deserved detention fees.

WORST FACTORING

We have been factoring with England since 2017. They had great customer service until last year.

They would assign and change our CSR every few months. The motive of a CSR is to be able to get in contact directly with them. They had their direct lines, but they would get mad at us for calling at direct lines, and to call on their toll-free numbers and keep on waiting for hours and hours until someone would answer the call and still not be able to help us out. The same would be with the email, I would send out, and wouldn't get a response until hours or days later.

It just got worse now, when they kept on holding onto my invoices, saying that we are still waiting on verification even though I would send them those, and not approve them for days. We are now in a situation where we were on a good payment plan with them to take care of the negative reserves, and just one day they just sent me an email saying we won't be factoring any more loads, and to find someone else. There was no such explanation or anything. I ended up calling them and emailing them, and again, no response whatsoever.

I would call, and their CSR would answer, and then just hang up on me. I wanted to be able to talk to the manager, and there would be no one available to talk. And now recently, I haven't been able to get any funding for the past 2 weeks, and I've been trying to reach out to them, and I get a one or two-word response once or twice a week. I tried to do a buy-out to change to another factoring, and they declined due to aging.

At this point, I am stuck. I have invoices pending over $10,000, and not being able to get funded, I have trucks on the road that need fuel, and driver pay that needs to go out.

How am I going to afford all of this with no payments? I reached out again to England to let them know about the decision from the other factoring, and couldn't get a hold of anyone.

England carrier services factoring company is the worst to worst company I suggest do not go signed contract with them they are not respond to your emails no matter how many emails you sent them they dnt send invoice to broker with in 30 days they held your money after 3 to 6 months later they held your money again for same load and they dnt show you anything if ask them then they generate paperwork show you please dnt go with England carrier services factoring company

I was been Broked a load from England logistics at 10/08/21 Gainesville, GA.So the confirmation # 1199**** I was delivered the next day 10/09/21. the factory didnt receive the payment they contacted us, because the payment had been pass due 90 days RTS Factory get back to refund $ 2200.00 they pay me. I was talking with them , they said to me they was really talked for one England employee about it, it was really sent the check on my house I didnt received it. Small Trucking companies stay away from England carrier Factoring. I have no idea how can someone run the business with out answering email or Phone calls. The web site is not working. They hold over $12k of our money with out no reason, Even Non-Factored invoices they received the check from the brokers and we can not communicate with anyone. We are now get to the level to run out of the business just because of them. They abuse so many small trucking companies. Please please stay away from this so called Factoring . If there is Any one can help us to get out of this trap and save our Truck company from getting out of the business pleas contact me. I appreciate all help!

Not Paying Truck Loads

This is the worst company I have worked for, first back in 2004 as a company driver, communication with dispatcher were terrible, lease a truck was too expensive and pay to 3 years of experience driver was only .25 cents @ mile. Now on 2021 with my small trucking company i hauled a few loads for them and same thing, communication is terrible and even worse they promise to pay the truck loads in less than 24 hours and after a month I'm still waiting.

Unpaid invoice

I have yet to receive one payment for the invoices that I submitted for S&;;;;F BRUM TRANSPORT since the system failed , my name is Sean Brumfield and my partner is Francetta Brumfield,we worked very hard to put all we had into starting a trucking company,we heard about the many things that could run a business into the ground , maintenance, labor ,high fuel cost,etc. But never that our factoring company would bring about our demise.

We are currently stranded in Carlisle P.A for the past 4 days,due to fuel and maintenance cost our funds are completely depleted,we continued to submit invoices to England in good faith and not one payment has come through, surely this is totally unexpected,I send this complaint with the hope that someone will feel my pain and concern and decide to make S&;amp;F BRUM TRANSPORT a priority.
