I have been asking for release letter from them, because of their criminal act towards me and my business.when I call them for this letter, they will end call on me.i have sent enough emails to them for this letter. No reply.
They held my money into their fake cash reserve account.
Without verifying your paperwork, they will reject it and when you process the paperwork through your brokers, Brokers will be asking for release letter before they can send you your money. My paperworks are sitting down with brokers now.
They are the bad element in this country.
People do not have anything with England carrier service. They will kill and destroy everything about you and your business.
If England Carrier Services refuses to give me letter of release, the owner, workers and their families wont have happiness till their seven generations They will always experience bitterness in their lives

We picked this load # from Delano CA on 03/20/23 which was to be delivered n Sparks NV on 03/21/23 at 0200 Hours. We did everything on time and as per instructions. At 0442 Hours the receivers i.e. Walmart told us that they wont receive 10 Pallets of Oranges/360 Boxes because the product was decayed(A mistake from the CLIENT of England Logistics for sending BAD ORANGES)
We started calling the contacts given on the rate con (Please note that after hours numbers were not mentioned on the rate con). We tried all the numbers we could, but no one picked up. At 0537 Hours we finally got in contact with the agent Mr. Jerome on his cell phone who was kind enough to guide us to email the El after hours; which we had already sent before Mr. Jerome informed us, yet again we sent them another email. We got a response back from them at 0630 hours, and then they told us to keep waiting on the receivers as long as they don't get it resolved with Walmart. We were detained all that time and finally Miss Valerie {{Redacted}} told us to get unloaded using the Miss Jill is a reference for point of contact. Miss Valerie {{Redacted}} assured us that it's not our fault and that she would get us the detention fees. Once we got unloaded at 1100 hours, Mr. Braken {{Redacted}} asked for the documents, which were sent to him within 2 minutes. After receiving the documents, he mentioned that he has denied our request for detention and will not oblige us at all since we did not dial one number that was mentioned in his email signature by 6am.
We were supposed to be emptied by 0400 Hours, but instead we got empty at 1100 hours that makes 7 Hours of detention and also a whole day wasted in sparks NV. After that denial, we tried contacting Miss Valerie {{Redacted}} and Mr Braken {{Redacted}} multiple times, but we were not responded by them. We have been doing the same load with England Logistics for the Past 3 weeks, and we plan to continue doing it, but the way we were treated this time is totally unreliable and very deceiving.
We request you to look into this matter and get us our righty deserved detention fees.

We have been factoring with England since 2017. They had great customer service until last year.
They would assign and change our CSR every few months. The motive of a CSR is to be able to get in contact directly with them. They had their direct lines, but they would get mad at us for calling at direct lines, and to call on their toll-free numbers and keep on waiting for hours and hours until someone would answer the call and still not be able to help us out. The same would be with the email, I would send out, and wouldn't get a response until hours or days later.
It just got worse now, when they kept on holding onto my invoices, saying that we are still waiting on verification even though I would send them those, and not approve them for days. We are now in a situation where we were on a good payment plan with them to take care of the negative reserves, and just one day they just sent me an email saying we won't be factoring any more loads, and to find someone else. There was no such explanation or anything. I ended up calling them and emailing them, and again, no response whatsoever.
I would call, and their CSR would answer, and then just hang up on me. I wanted to be able to talk to the manager, and there would be no one available to talk. And now recently, I haven't been able to get any funding for the past 2 weeks, and I've been trying to reach out to them, and I get a one or two-word response once or twice a week. I tried to do a buy-out to change to another factoring, and they declined due to aging.
At this point, I am stuck. I have invoices pending over $10,000, and not being able to get funded, I have trucks on the road that need fuel, and driver pay that needs to go out.
How am I going to afford all of this with no payments? I reached out again to England to let them know about the decision from the other factoring, and couldn't get a hold of anyone.

Unpaid invoice
I have yet to receive one payment for the invoices that I submitted for S&;;;;F BRUM TRANSPORT since the system failed , my name is Sean Brumfield and my partner is Francetta Brumfield,we worked very hard to put all we had into starting a trucking company,we heard about the many things that could run a business into the ground , maintenance, labor ,high fuel cost,etc. But never that our factoring company would bring about our demise.
We are currently stranded in Carlisle P.A for the past 4 days,due to fuel and maintenance cost our funds are completely depleted,we continued to submit invoices to England in good faith and not one payment has come through, surely this is totally unexpected,I send this complaint with the hope that someone will feel my pain and concern and decide to make S&;amp;F BRUM TRANSPORT a priority.
